One to one wellbeing sessions either take place at 'The Nook' in Countesthorpe, or we visit children's homes and schools. The sessions include bespoke support individually tailored to each child's needs and abilities. Sessions can be weekly or fortnightly as necessary. We tend to suggest a 4/5 session block initially and then review with parents and children as to whether any more sessions are necessary. We always offer a free meet and greet with parents and the child in order to allow you to meet us and ask any questions you may have.

Group wellbeing and relaxation classes take place weekly during school term time (also look out for extra workshops in the school holidays) in South Leicestershire. Relax Kids classes give children the chance to build confidence and self-esteem as well as learn tools and techniques for life. We use relaxation techniques to help children recognise their strengths and manage their feelings. Headspace 1:1 wellbeing sessions are short, bespoke sessions tailored to the needs of your child. We gather information about their needs from you, using our Initial Information Form. You have the freedom to decide when you’d like your child to have their session and how many you’d like them to have. Booking is simple using our online booking platform and you can access support from a qualified teacher, SENCo and Relax Kids Coach if you have a child aged 7-12. This six week online course for young people aged 12+ is designed to support teenagers in developing essential skills in order to develop a lifelong commitment to well-being. Through a combination of interactive activities, self-reflection and creative tasks, all delivered virtually, your teen will explore strategies to navigate some of the challenges of adolescence while building resilience, self-awareness, and a positive mindset.
